Because it is a holiday week, it would be extremely helpful to me (and the other coach) to know swimmers' availability ASAP  - today would be ideal. There is a lot of printing involved in swim meet preparation, and I won't have access to school facilities after tomorrow, so I'd really appreciate knowing today if you/your swimmer is planning on coming
